T FRANK LAW, PLLC is a Massachusetts law office focusing in estate planning, probate, and business law. Whether you're interested in creating wills and trusts, settling an estate in Probate Court, or counsel on a general business matter, we're here for you. 

Our office doesn't just draft documents, we aim to develop lasting relationships and make a positive impact in the community. Unlike many estate planning offices, we have significant litigation experience. Because of this, we're adept at spotting issues before they become problems. We work with you every step of the way to develop strategies to meet your needs and goals.

Managing Principal attorney

Timothy F. Robertson

Timothy F. Robertson is the Principal and Managing attorney of T FRANK LAW, PLLC, an estate planning and probate law office located in Brewster and Charlestown, Massachusetts. Tim is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts. Tim presides on the Board of Trustees of the Cahoon Museum of American Art in Cotuit, MA and volunteers with the Lawyers for the Arts of Massachusetts. He is a member of the probate, business, and taxation law sections of the Massachusetts Bar Association, in addition to a past member of the Boston Bar Association's Solo & Small Firm Steering Committee. Tim has served as an ombudsman for the Executive Office of Elder Affairs and also served on the City of Somerville's Human Rights Commission. He is a member of the Boston Trusts and Estates Consortium and the Massachusetts Guardianship Association. He devotes his practice to estate planning, probate administration and litigation, guardianship and conservatorship, as well as corporate/business matters. He splits his time between Somerville and Brewster, MA, where he co-owns an art gallery on Cape Cod with his wife, Bekah.
